In the transitional context of the digital era, as social institutions undergo constant restructuring, modern medicine is no longer merely the science of healing but also a space that profoundly reflects humanistic values and human rights. The digital age is reshaping the entire paradigm of thought and the structures that constitute the quality of human life. Within this wave, the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is creating profound changes in almost all areas of social life, especially in the healthcare sector. To confront a comprehensively digitized medical future, we require a profound cognitive foundation regarding this shift. To provide a clear and multidimensional theoretical lens for this core issue, this article presents an overview report to systematize the fundamental concepts related to digitalization, digital technology, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence. The analytical process in the study goes beyond academic theoretical paradigms to reflect directly on the highly dynamic clinical realities of medical life. Specifically, based on domestic and international research, the article clarifies the potential benefits of AI in diagnosis, treatment, patient monitoring, hospital management, and drug development, as well as the challenges of integrating AI into healthcare. Facing the fragile boundary between machine superiority and human dignity, the problem posed involves not only technical progress but also bioethics. By clearly identifying technological barriers alongside concerns about equal access to healthcare, the article also proposes several policy and technology recommendations to promote the effective, safe, and ethical application of AI, thereby establishing a robust legal framework moving towards a humane and sustainably developed healthcare system.Downloads
