Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) often experience difficulties in processing environmental stimuli, resulting in sensory overload and atypical behaviors. In the Mekong Delta region, specialized interior design for children with ASD remains limited due to economic constraints and the lack of localized design frameworks. This study proposes a small-scale interior design solution using SketchUp 3D modeling software. By analyzing sensory characteristics alongside local microclimate and cultural conditions, a flexible semi-open spatial model was developed within a modest area. Neutral color palettes, controlled natural lighting, and safe materials were optimized to reduce visual and auditory stimulation. The findings indicate that the proposed model meets spatial psychology requirements for children with ASD while maintaining high practical feasibility for households in the Mekong Delta.
