The rapid growth of digital communication has created numerous opportunities but also poses significant challenges for educational institutions in protecting their reputation and digital branding. Misinformation and negative content can spread quickly, potentially causing serious harm to a university’s image. This study proposes and implements an automated monitoring and alerting system for detecting negative information related to educational institutions, specifically Cuu Long University, using the N8N automation framework. The system integrates API technologies, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) (Google Gemini) to collect, analyze, and evaluate the sentiment of online information. When negative content is detected, the system automatically issues alerts to the responsible management team via Email and Telegram, while simultaneously logging the data into Google Sheets for continuous tracking. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed solution operates stably, supports real-time processing, and effectively reduces communication risks while saving significant human resources. The system can be extended to other educational institutions, contributing to digital brand management in the era of educational digital transformation.
