Abstract

Mục tiêu: Mô tả thực trạng tuân thủ điều trị và một số yếu tố liên quan ở người bệnh tăng huyết áp điều trị ngoại trú tại Trung tâm Y tế quận Tân Bình (cũ), Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh năm 2024. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang. Kết quả nghiên cứu: Tỷ lệ tuân thủ điều trị chung đạt 50,6%. Một số yếu tố liên quan đến tuân thủ điều trị như nhóm tuổi (dưới 30 tuổi, p < 0,001; từ 30 - 39 tuổi, p < 0,001), hôn nhân (Ly hôn/ly thân/góa, p = 0,002), nghề nghiệp (cán bộ viên chức, p < 0,001; công nhân, p < 0,001), trình độ học vấn (tiểu học, p < 0,001; trung học cơ sở, p < 0,001). Kết luận: Tuân thủ điều trị ở người bệnh tăng huyết áp điều trị ngoại trú còn ở mức trung bình với tỷ lệ chưa tuân thủ còn cao. Cần tăng cường các biện pháp nhằm nâng cao tuân thủ điều trị và hiệu quả kiểm soát bệnh lý.

ABSTRACT

Objective: To describe the status of treatment adherence and some associated factors among outpatients with hypertension at Tan Binh District Medical Center, Ho Chi Minh City, in 2024. Methods: A cross-sectional study. Results: The overall adherence rate was 50.6%. Several factors were associated with treatment adherence, including age group (under 30 years, p < 0.001; 30 - 39 years, p < 0.001), marital status (divorced/separated/widowed, p = 0.002), occupation (government employees, p < 0.001; workers, p < 0.001), and educational level (primary school, p < 0.001; secondary school, p < 0.001). Conclusion: Treatment adherence among hypertensive outpatients was at a moderate level, with a relatively high proportion of non-adherence. Strengthening interventions is necessary to improve adherence and enhance blood pressure control.
